The first option is to send the following details to ;

- A photograph of yourself. The photograph must be passport sized (45mm high and 35mm wide) and must also have a white background.
A letter from the conference committee will then be written which proves that you are listed as a presenter/delegate at the conference. Please Note: Your application is not guaranteed to be approved until feedback from the Immigration Office is received. The coordinator will do their best to facilitate the application for you. This option will cost you 2000 AED.
The second option is to book your flight through either Etihad airways or Emirates. By doing this, you can apply for your visa through the airline after you have booked your flight.
